Hello Next Partners was founded by Travis Folkerts and Mike Eaton. Prior to launching Hello Next Partners, Travis and Mike co-founded Switch Coffee Collective with partner Jon Givens. Switch Coffee is a St. Louis based coffee roaster focused on creating and retaining wealth in under-resourced communities. Travis and Mike bring their passion for families and communities to real estate where they extend their mission to build a stronger St. Louis through equitable investments. Real estate is not our profession – it is an expression of our passion.
